Commercial Painting and
Wallcovering Contractors Estimating Service I am Ralph Caruso. I have over
40 years of experience in the Commercial Painting and Wallcovering business with the last 10 mostly in Estimating for other
Contractors. I have active accounts in 10 different states and have performed take-offs in every state including The
US Virgin Islands so I have a good idea of what’s happening in this industry. There are many good reasons for outsourcing your take-offs. 1. Perhaps
you have downsized and no longer want to commit to a full-time estimator. 2. Just don’t have the time and need
to be freed up to do other important things. 3. In a squeeze to get numbers to your GC’s so they don’t go
elsewhere to get them. I know the feeling that sometimes you feel like a bid service to some of them, but it’s just
part of doing business. 4. Double check your work. 5. Diversify, don’t just rely on one source for your take-offs.
Ask yourself, what would happen to my business if my estimator was gone, even for one week. 6. If you are bidding square
feet under the roof, then you are playing a guessing game. You will know exactly how much money you will spend and make on
every job. Measure and itemizing your bids and never lose money on a job. 7. Economical. Bids start at $50.00
My clients mail the plans to me by regular mail or email. I use BB Vu360 for electronic plans or send in pdf doc. Many have their GC mail the plans directly to me. Then after reviewing the plans and specs if I find something unusual I
contact you. You tell me what unit prices to plug-in. The itemized bid can be easily changed. I email you the bid. View the Sample Bid. At your request I mail you the plans back. It’s really Fast, Easy and Economical.
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code. Once you hire me for a take-off I do not sell the same bid to anyone else. Please email me at RCaruso7@cfl.rr.com or give me a call, 321-972-2221
or 407-883-4197
Thank you, Ralph Caruso
All take-offs will have to be paid for in advance, sorry no exceptions. Also, you will be required to send me the drawings or links and instructions to the
drawings, knowing that they are complete drawings before asking me to review them. If you require me to evaluate the drawings there will be a extra $25.00 charge, that extra charge will
be deducted from the take-off price, if I do the take-off. After
I review the drawings, I will email you a price, if you agree to the price then you will be required to make payment though
my websites PayPal account in advance for the amount quoted. I
do not accept checks, you will be required to make payment by credit card only. I will do the take-off and email the itemized take-off to you. If there is an addendum, you must be certain that it applies to your part of the bid with an explanation
why I should revisit the drawings. Thank you for your cooperation, Ralph
